<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a separator for a fuel cell with excellent thickness accuracy and conductivity efficiently at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The separator for a fuel cell is obtained by injection molding a mixture preferably containing graphite by 70 to 95 mass% and thermoplastic resin by 5 to 30 mass% under a condition of a cylinder temperature of 60°C to 150°C and a die temperature of 40°C to 150°C to make up a plate-like original sheet of a semi-cured state, and compression molding the original sheet in a die with a temperature of 150°C to 250°C to form a gas flow channel at least on one of its faces and cure it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
