<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen supply device and an energy supply system for supplying hydrogen or energy with high efficiency, and to provide a hydrogen storage cartridge used in the same. <P>SOLUTION: This hydrogen supply device comprises a holding portion 31 holding the hydrogen storage cartridge 2, and having a plurality of heating device C1-Cn receiving the supplied power and heating the hydrogen storage cartridge 2, a control portion 33 controlling the power supply to the plurality of heating devices C1-Cn, and a sensing portion 34 detecting physical quantity to calculate supply quantity of hydrogen, and inputting a detected value to the control portion 33.
