摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness in an optical axis direction of an imaging apparatus and to reduce the external shape. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 100 comprises: a green resolving prism 21, a blue resolving prism 22 and a red resolving prism 23 for color-resolving incident light; and an imaging device 31 for green, an imaging device 32 for blue and an imaging device 33 for red provided corresponding to the respective color resolving prisms and provided with a photoelectric conversion part 3a for photoelectrically converting the light color-resolved by the respective color resolving prisms and storing it as electric signals. Circuit pattern wiring 2a is formed on the light emission surfaces 21b, 22b and 23b of the respective color resolving prisms, and the respective imaging devices are attached to the emission surfaces of the respective color resolving prisms through a bump 5 electrically connected to the circuit pattern wiring 2a.
