PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element having transparency and a little thermal expansion. SOLUTION: The method for producing an object lens 15 or the like as the optical element has a melt-kneading step for melting/kneading a thermoplastic resin and inorganic particles having≤30 nm volume average dispersed particle diameter of primary particles.
