PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display technology for displaying newly-registered or updated document data for a user in an easy-to-recognize manner without requiring a time and effort, in an information processor having a storage means for storing a plurality of document data in a readable and writable manner. SOLUTION: This information processing method in a document management server comprises a history management process of managing the history of access to the plurality of stored document data, an extraction process (steps S401, S403 and S404) of extracting updated document data of newly stored document data or already stored document data based on the history management process, a calculation process (step S409) of calculating the priority of the document data extracted by the extraction process based on the history of accesses managed by the history management process, and an output process of outputting the extracted document data according to the calculated priority.
