PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle manufacturing apparatus for producing particles in which each component is dispersed well while suppressing separation of each component in the particles, otherwise, to provide a particle manufacturing apparatus that can suppress undesirable reaction/modification of each component in particles. SOLUTION: The particle manufacturing apparatus is equipped with: a nozzle unit 2 having nozzle holes 2A to extrude a source material comprising a plurality of components into a fibrous state and having a mixing mechanisms (stationary mixers) 2B disposed in a directly coupled state to the entrance side of the nozzle 2A; a melt mixing unit 1 to melt and mix the source material and to supply it to the nozzle unit 2; and a pulverizing unit 9 to pulverize the fibrous material 13 of the source material produced by the nozzle unit 2 into particles.
