PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception antenna device capable of easily reducing deterioration in transmission characteristic due to a multiplex Doppler effect with a production cost lower than that of a conventional device. SOLUTION: The reception antenna device 10 is provided with monopole antennas 11a-11d for receiving OFDM signals, a rotary table 12 on which the monopole antennas 11a-11d are mounted, a rotary shaft 13 provided on the center of the rotary table 12, signal lines 14a-14d each connected to each of the monopole antennas 11a-11d, an electrode table 15 provided on the rotary shaft 13, electrodes 15a-15d each connected to each of the signal lines 14a-14d, a brush 16a for extracting the OFDM signals from the electrodes 15a-15d, a brush 16b set at the potential of a ground level, an electric motor 17 for driving the rotary table 12, and a driving speed control unit 18 for controlling the driving speed of the electric motor 17.
