PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise mixed between individual circuit blocks in a circuit board, wherein digital circuit blocks and analog circuit blocks are mounted in a mixed state on one and being flush with each other. SOLUTION: The analog circuit block 10 is formed at the center of the circuit board 1, and the digital circuit blocks 4A and 4B are formed on both sides of the analog circuit block 10. Between the analog circuit block 10 and the individual digital circuit blocks 4A and 4B, common ground patterns 16 are formed, to which a plurality of electrolytic capacitors 15 have been connected. The electrolytic capacitors 15 are connected to the ground patterns 16, with each polarity directed to the same direction. Since the electrolytic capacitors 15 are set upright, in such a manner that they may block between the analog circuit block 10 and the individual digital circuit blocks 4A and 4B which are formed on the circuit board 1, the high-frequency noise, emitted from the digital circuit blocks 4A and 4B, can be shielded by the group of electrolytic capacitors 15 and therefore is prevented from mixing in the analog circuit block 10.
