PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive roller which has a resin layer containing amino resin, and which has a JIS-A hardness of≤40°, then, improved in toner electrification and deformation recovery. SOLUTION: Regarding the semiconductive roller having an elastic layer around a shaft core body, and also, having at least the conductive resin layer on the outer periphery of the elastic layer, the resin layer contains the amino resin, and also, the JIS-A hardness of the semiconductor roller is≥25°and≤40°.
