PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device capable of surely pulling out probe pins from carrier after finishing the measurement of oscillation frequency as well as positioning the carrier, and to provide a frequency temperature characteristic inspection device. SOLUTION: A positioning device 10 is the positioning device for a carrier 50 mounted with a piezoelectric devices 52 constituted of: a probe holder 14 movable vertically provided at predetermined positions; and positioning pins 18 provide on the probe holder 14 movable vertically and provided with rotatable curved surfaces 24 at the lower tips for brought into contact with positioning holes 54 provided on the carrier 50.
