PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for chemical decontamination and its system which is cheap in decontamination processing cost, is reduced in system scale, surely cleared of iron and dicarboxylic acid and aimed at preventing a local deposition of iron. SOLUTION: For components and pipes which are radioactive-contaminated, dicarboxylic acid is used for chemical decontamination, and the chemical decontamination liquid processing system 10 for processing chemical decontamination liquid including dicarboxylic acid and produced iron complex is constituted of a recirculation pump 2 circulating chemical decontamination liquid, a reduction system 3 provided with a visible light irradiation device for reducing the iron complex and decomposing the dicarboxylic acid and a cation resin tower 4 for removing iron.
