PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an individual difference while shortening an unnecessary waiting time by automatically performing purge judgment with respect to whether a reference cell is sufficiently replaced with a reference liquid. SOLUTION: In a purge judgment part 46, a reference flow channel is changed over to a measuring flow channel after the switching to the reference flow channel is performed and the waiting time is elapsed and, when the measuring flow channel is subsequently again switched to the reference flow channel, the fluctuation quantity of the output of a photodetector 34 before and after the switching to the reference flow channel from the measuring flow channel is compared with the threshold value held to a fluctuation quantity threshold value setting part 44 to judge the purge completion of the reference cell.
