PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer heat exchanger for securing pressure-proof performance, without increasing a pressure loss by oil side pipe resistance. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is constituted by laminating flat elements in a plurality, and exchanges heat between fluids by respectively making the first and second fluids flow to the element inside and outside. This heat exchanger has an inlet side first main passage and an outlet side second main passage so as to be opposed to both end parts of the elements, and these passages penetrate through a plurality of elements. The respective elements have a top surface, a bottom surface, an inner fin arranged over the whole surface in the elements and formed in a plurality of meandering row shapes, and a projecting part formed so as to abut by projecting a part of the top surface and a part of the bottom surface. The projection part is respectively arranged by two pieces in the vicinity of the first and second main passages.
