PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability and performance, shorten construction time, and eliminate special work, while efficiently removing moisture, noncondensing gas, particularly, oxygen and carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating cycle device, a compressor 1, a heat source machine side heat exchanger 3, a first expansion device 4, a receiver 5, a second expansion device 21, and a use side heat exchanger 22 are successively connected.
