PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a combustion chamber compact while securing the height of an air supply chamber in the vicinity of a fan jetting port, in a combustion device having the combustion chamber arranging a burner storage chamber and the air supply chamber above and below a distribution plate and put in a communication state near one side, storing a gas burner having a mixing pipe part under an air-fuel mixture flow passage part in the burner storage chamber and opening the fan jetting port in the air supply chamber. SOLUTION: The mixing pipe parts 11 and 12 are turned to one side of the combustion chamber 2 from the substantial center of the air-fuel mixture flow passage part 10. The distribution plate 4 is provided with a step rising toward a high surface part 43 arranged in a mixing pipe part unarranged area near the other side of the combustion chamber 2 from a low surface part 41 along an under surface of the mixing pipe part 12. An air intake part 25 is arranged under the high surface part 43, and an air sending part 26 narrower than the air intake part 25 is arranged under the low surface part 41.
