PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reed valve device having simple and compact construction for effectively preventing the resonant noises of a valve stopper and preventing a reduction of the flow amount of air due to the valve stopper. SOLUTION: The valve stopper 46 covers a valve opening portion 25 at a predetermined clearance across an openable thin-film valve element 45 for closing the valve opening portion 25 and restricts the valve opening amount of the valve element 45. At the front end of the valve stopper 46, a protrusion 53 is formed which is directed to the other end of the valve opening portion 25. The valve stopper 46 has an elastic deformation allowance H1. Thereby, when the base end of the valve stopper 46 is fixed to one end of the valve opening portion 25 with a fixing means (a machine screw 47), the protrusion 53 at the front end of the valve stopper 46 abuts on the other end of the valve opening portion 25 so that the valve stopper 46 is fixed in the state of being elastically deformed in the direction of separation from the valve opening portion 25.
