PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EGR control device for an internal combustion engine capable of stabilizing engine performance in a stationary state. SOLUTION: The EGR control device includes: a stationary state determining means (S301-S305) for determining whether the internal combustion engine is in a stationary state or in a transient state, based on the operating state of the engine, and outputting a signal to change the transient state to a stationary state; a control gain correction value setting means (S306-S308) for gradually setting the control gain smaller from the time of outputting of the signal switching from a transient state to a stationary state, and making the control gain zero; and an actuator controlling means for controlling the operation amount of an actuator based on the set control gain.
