PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete-made horizontal reinforcement block projecting joint protrusion sections for eliminating a joint to vertical plate-like overhang sections formed in both sides in front and behind of both sides of a block body and closely butting the adjoining ones against each other even if there are burr edges inevitably occurs in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The overhang sections 2a to 2d are formed in both sides in front and behind of both sides of the block body 1, and in the concrete-made horizontal reinforcement block Y constituted by forming a groove 3 for horizontal reinforcement in the upper surface of the block body 1, the joint protrusion sections 4 and 4 having an outside width equivalent to a joint width and having a shape falling down one step from outside corner sections of the overhang sections 2a and 2b are integrally formed in the overhang sections 2a and 2b in one side, and idle step sections 7 facing the burr edges 5a and 5b to them are provided between the inside corner sections of the overhang sections 2a and 2b and the insides of the joint protrusion sections 4 and 4.
