PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro parts feeder capable of providing stable transfer of micro parts and realizing reduction in manufacturing cost and the number of parts. SOLUTION: In this micro parts feeder 100, oscillation generated by a piezoelectric oscillation portion 302 is applied to a first transfer member 320 to transfer the micro parts 800. Besides, the oscillation applied to the first transfer member 320 by a blade spring 360 is applied to a third transfer member 350. The third transfer member 350 is oscillated to transfer the micro part 800. The blade spring 360 is fixed by a fixing portion 355 of the third transfer member 350. A straight line shaped notch 341 is formed at the fixing portion 355, and a bent shaped notch 342 is formed at a top end of the straight line shaped notch 341, thus providing a mechanism which can completely hold even when the thickness of the blade spring 360 varies.
