PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hydraulic device from being damaged due to excessive supply of pressure oil caused by driving an engine system hydraulic pump and a motor system hydraulic pump at the same time by an engine and an electric motor. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle hybrid crane includes: the engine system hydraulic pump driven taking the engine 1 as a power source; the motor system hydraulic pump 4 driven taking the electric motor 3 as a power source; a hydraulic actuator to which a hydraulic fluid is supplied from both of the engine system hydraulic pump 2 and the motor system hydraulic pump 4; and a power source selecting and regulating device 13 for selecting only one of the engine 1 and the electric motor 3 as a power source during operation.
