PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding box made of a synthetic resin capable of preventing overlapped bottom pieces from shifting in the face direction each other under a condition of box-shaped assembly by a simple constitution to hold the box shape into a rectangle or a square, simply folding it, making the inner face of the bottom flat under the condition of box-shaped assembly, and improving supporting strength of the bottom and shape retaining properties of the bottom. SOLUTION: In the folding box 7 made of the synthetic resin, an engaging means 30 for preventing the bottom pieces 4 from shifting is provided on the overlapped bottom pieces 4 under the condition of box-shaped assembly, to freely removably engage the engaging means 30 for preventing the bottom pieces from shifting under the condition of overlapping.
