PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when a thin sealant for ornament is stuck on the surface of a resin molding such as the front cabinet of a television set, a waved or distorted surface is exposed by the influence of the uneven surface of the molding or the irregular thickness of an adhesive. SOLUTION: A large number of minute protrusions are formed on the surface of the molding on which the sealant for ornament is to be stuck, and the sealant having an adhesive layer on the back is bonded to the surface of the molding having the protrusions by pressing with a press member. Voids accepting the adhesive pushed out by the protrusions when the sealant is bonded are formed among the protrusions on the molding.
