PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling of the clamping force of an object to be attracted such as a mold or the like by suppressing the temperature rise of the magnet of a magnetic clamp. SOLUTION: Flow channels 28 and 29 for allowing a temperature adjusting medium to flow to the magnetic clamps 15 and 16 from temperature adjusting machines 24 and 25 not only to suppress the temperature rise of the magnetic clamps 15 and 16 but also to prevent the falling of the clamping force. The supply of the temperature adjusting medium to the flow channels 28 and 29 is performed by comparing the measuring temperatures of the temperature sensors 30 and 31 provided in the vicinity of the attraction surfaces of the magnetic clamps 15 and 16 with the monitor target temperature set to a setting device 33 by a comparator 32. Further, when the relation between the measuring temperatures and the monitor target temperature arrives at a predetermined condition, a warning signal is sent to an alarm 34 to emit an warning and a stop signal is sent to a control part 35 to stop an apparatus such as an injection molding machine or the like.
