PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puller which can easily correspond to various specifications of customer equipment such as the gap between a runout table and a guide rail. SOLUTION: When an extruded member is manufactured from a metallic material such as aluminum or the like by extrusion process, a supporting material 21 consisting of a pipe material is disposed to a pulling carriage 10 of the puller which clamps and pulls the front end of the extruded metallic member, and a clamp head 30 is held on a runout table R via the holding material 22 to which the front end of the extruded member bent at right angle is connected with a flange, so that the carriage 10 and the clamp head 30 are unitized independently each other.
