PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of resin particles having excellent preservation stability and adhesivity, in particular, an adhesive agent comprising the aqueous dispersion of resin particles, and a treating agent for fiber processing. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion of resin particles are provided by consisting of resin particles (C) as a main component in which a surface of resin particles (A) are coated with resin particles (B), wherein a volume average particle diameter DA of the resin particles (A) and a volume average particle diameter DB of the resin particles (B) is different, a glass transition temperature of resin particles (A) is≥-50°C to≤50°C, a glass transition temperature of resin particles (B) is≥30°C to≤100°C, DA is≥1μm to≤30μm, DB is≥0.01μm to≤0.95μm, the ratio of the average particle diameter (DA/DB) is≥1.05 to≤3,000.
