PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head in which bonding strength can be enhanced furthermore at the joint of an actuator unit and a wiring member. SOLUTION: A flexible cable 18 has a contact terminal 49 not participating in provision of a drive signal, and an actuator unit 4 is provided with a dummy terminal 42 at a position corresponding to the contact terminal 49 of the flexible cable 18. At the time of bonding the actuator unit 4 and the flexible cable 18, a wiring terminal is placed upon a drive terminal, an earth terminal 47 is placed upon a common earth terminal 41, a heat tool 50 is pressed from the surface side of the flexible cable 18 while placing the contact terminal 49 upon the dummy terminal 42 and these terminals are soldered simultaneously.
