A method of selectively arraying a ferritin modified with a peptide capable of specifically binding to titanium on a titanium superimposed on a surface of substrate. There is provided a method of ferritin arraying, characterized in that the N-terminal moiety of ferritin is modified with a peptide capable of specifically binding to titanium so as to enable selective binding of ferritin to a titanium superimposed on a substrate. Further, there is provided a method of ferritin arraying, characterized in that a nonionic surfactant is added so as to strikingly enhance selectivity on titanium.
