<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security printing system, a printer or a multifunctional copying apparatus with a printer function which prevent information leakage in printing and can solve problems in system performance and cost, an IC card and a PC thereof. <P>SOLUTION: By a print instruction, secret printing password information is generated, and print data information to be transferred from a user PC1 to the printer 2 is encoded by a common key encryption algorithm. The user PC1 has a function for storing the secret print password information and key data for the common key encryption algorithm in a removable medium 3.
