<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-view display apparatus, enabling observers to visually recognize a video in resolution comprising the number of pixels of the multi-view display apparatus, when the observers of the multi-view display apparatus are present only in one direction, or when only one directional video is necessary. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-view display apparatus 40 can simultaneously display different videos in two or more directions of viewing, based on video signals edited from two or more source signals, and is provided with a video signal producing means 50 for producing the video signals from the source signals so as to improve the video quality, visually recognized from the middle viewing direction among the adjoining viewing directions, when the source signals of the video to be displayed in each viewing direction are the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
