<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control circuit and a hydraulic control method capable of reducing heat generation by overload and energy loss. <P>SOLUTION: This hydraulic control circuit includes an operation lever generating an operation signal, a control valve operated by pilot signal pressure and controlling the flow of pressure oil discharged from a hydraulic pump and supplied to an actuator, a displacement sensor detecting a switching position of a control valve, a pump pressure sensor detecting a pump pressure acting at a hydraulic pump side, a proportional solenoid valve supplying the pilot signal pressure to the control valve, and a control portion deciding the pilot signal pressure by inputting and receiving the operation signal, outputting a control signal to the proportional solenoid valve, receiving signals from the displacement sensor and the pump pressure sensor, comparing them with stored reference data, and outputting a control signal for correcting the switching position of the control valve to the proportional solenoid valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
