<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for flexibly coping with transfer processing and a processing for changing a travel schedule by associating a card identifier with a plurality of pieces of information (boarding train number, travel schedule information, or the like) for management since the processing for changing the travel schedule and the transfer processing has required much labor conventionally. <P>SOLUTION: An ID given when applying for a travel is written to a chip, and a card is issued at a travel application terminal. On the basis of delayed train number information received by a card management system, the card ID of a person who plans to board a delayed train is extracted and stored at an ID list to be transferred. When the person who planned to board the delayed train desires a transfer, the card ID is read by a card transfer issuing machine installed in a station yard, and is compared with the ID list to be transferred.
