PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dismantle and disassemble hardly accessible radioactive contamination facility components such as radioactive contamination tubular facility components 4 and 12a-12e existing underwater, for example a cyclone incorporated in a water/vapor separator of a boiling water reactor. SOLUTION: A dismantling device has a basic section 20 to be fixed to the facility components 4 and 12a-12e, a roll cutter devices 24, 60 and 74 to be placed in or near the facility components 4 and 12a-12e are supported by the basic section 20, and the cutter devices 24, 60 and 74 have at least one roll cutter 30 that is butted on the inner surface or outer surface of the facility components 4 and 12a-12e and travels along them.
