PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve both energy-saving performance and amenity by rationalization of night purge operation and cooling operation following the operation. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning facility is provided with an operation control means 10 for inversely calculating the calculation area inside temperature tzx capable of setting a comfortable index value of an object area 1 to a preset target value in the preset reference time Ts after finishing the night purge operation on the basis of a predicted value of a data value except for the intraregional temperature tz, by using an arithmetic operation model of the comfortable index value (a PMV value) with a plurality of kinds of data values rz, tx, v, AL and CL including the intraregional temperature tz of the object area 1 as a parameter; and automatically finishing the night purge operation when the intraregional temperature tz of the object area 1 reduces up to the target intraregional temperature tzm when performing the night purge operation, with this calculation intraregional temperature tzx as the target area inside temperature tzm, or with the intraregional temperature (tzx-Δtz(av)) of adding predetermined correction processing to this calculation intraregional temperature tzx as the target intraregional temperature tzm.
