PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain impressive presence, without causing noise to diffuse around. SOLUTION: A seat 3, on which a listener M sits down, is formed with a transmission plane 53a in contact with a rear head part M1 of the sitting listener, a transmission plane 52a in contact with a back part M2, a transmission plane 51a in contact with a back waist part M3, and a transmission plane 54a in contact with a back leg part M4, and loudspeakers 41A, 41B, 42A, 42B, 43A, 43B, 44A, 44B are embedded inside these planes. The seat 3 is divided for each of the transmission planes 51a-54a, and these seat-divided parts 51, 52, 53, 54 can be adjusted and moved according to the physique of the sitting listener M.
