PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a short-range radio communication of a large capacity by minimizing the generation of interference radio waves to other radio communication systems or other radio communication channels and securing sufficient reception radio wave strength even through an obstacle such as a wall. SOLUTION: In the weak radio communication system for transmitting and receiving radio signals based on a weak radio standard between a transmitter and a receiver, the transmitter is provided with a radio wave transmission means comprising an antenna element for emitting radio waves and a shield for interrupting transmission radio waves leaking in directions other than the direction of the receiver. The receiver is provided with a radio wave reception means comprising an antenna element for receiving the radio waves and a shield for interrupting the radio waves arriving from directions other than the direction of the transmitter. Only the high frequency components of transmission signals are emitted from the antenna element without using radio carriers from the radio wave transmission means of the transmitter to the radio wave reception means of the receiver.
