PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin impregnation method constituted so as to efficiently remove bubbles in a fiber base material in a short time and to increase the impregnation ratio of a liquid resin into the fiber base material at a low cost, and a resin impregnation apparatus. SOLUTION: The resin impregnation apparatus comprises a supply roll for supplying the fiber base material, a feed device for unwinding the fiber base material, impregnation rolls for impregnating the unwound fiber base material with the liquid resin, a dripping device for preliminarily dripping the liquid resin on the fiber base material before the fiber base material is impregnated with the liquid resin by the impregnation rolls, and pressure rolls for forcibly impregnating the fiber base material with the dripped liquid resin.
