PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new white rot having an ability for degrading phenolic compounds such as nonylphenol, and to provide an environment-purifying method and an environment-purifying agent each using the same. SOLUTION: This white degradation fungus specified by Accession number FERM P-20061, and degrading the phenolic compounds.
