PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension type environment amelioration apparatus which is a suspension object composed of a fluid inlet port, a passage through which the sucked fluid passes, a device for sucking the fluid from the inlet port of the fluid, and a fluid discharge orifice, is provided with a bag in the discharge orifice, and recovers foreign substances in the fluid by swimming in the fluid etc. SOLUTION: The apparatus is the suspension object composed of the fluid inlet port, the passage through which the sucked fluid passes, the device for sucking the fluid from the fluid inlet port, and is provided with the bag in the fluid discharge orifice, and recovers the foreign substances in the fluid.
