PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of an X-ray CT apparatus that reconstructs an image in a subject. SOLUTION: An operation guide unit selectively displays according to operation stages, a patient information input operation guide for urging the input of a patient identification number and a patient name; a scanogram radiography operation guide for urging the start instructions of preliminary movement of a bed for scanogram radiography and the start instructions of scanogram radiography; a scanning plan selecting operation guide for urging the selection of a scanning part and the selection of a scanning plan; a scanning range setting operation guide for urging setting of a scanning range onto scanogram; a bed movement start guide for urging the start instructions of bed movement into a scanning start position; a scanning operation guide for urging start instructions of scanning and confirming a scanning interrupting operation; and a scanning completing operation guide for confirming the continuation of scanning and urging instructions for the completion of scanning.
