PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a streamer-shaped ornament for a flying rubber balloon with whistle mouthpiece adding a visual entertainment performance effect to an acoustic entertainment performance effect of the flying rubber balloon with the whistle mouthpiece by attaching a streamer-shaped ornament to the flying rubber balloon with the whistle mouthpiece, flying them together, allowing the streamer-shaped ornament to be buffeted by a wind and the like and flickered in diversified manners and allowing the mouthpiece to emit a large sound while flying; and facilitating the attachment of the streamer-shaped ornament for the flying rubber balloon with whistle mouthpiece to the flying rubber balloon with the whistle mouthpiece without any remodeling to a practical flying rubber balloon with whistle mouthpiece. SOLUTION: This streamer-shaped ornament for the flying rubber balloon with the whistle mouthpiece is so formed that one or several holes having the caliber smaller than the outside diameter of the whistle mouthpiece of the flying rubber balloon with the whistle mouthpiece are provided in arbitrary portions of the stream-shaped ornament for the flying rubber balloon with the whistle mouthpiece, the rubber balloon part of the stream-shaped rubber balloon for the flying rubber balloon with the whistle mouthpiece is passed through the hole parts to join the stream-shaped ornament with the flying rubber balloon with the whistle mouthpiece so as to fly them together.
