PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable operation by making it possible to detect the output current direction of a power supply in a current detection circuit that detects an output current of a switching power supply circuit, and by solving such operation failures as the oscillating or diverging operation of the power supply at the time of load fluctuation or parallel operation.
