The hood has an outlet screen (12) movable opposite a housing (11), and a filter (13) fixed at the front side of the screen. The filter is designed as one-piece filter and extends over one part of the lower side of the housing by the screen in the removed position of the screen. Receiving, diverting and guiding devices are provided for the filter, and a plate is connected with the front side of the screen in a rotatable manner.
