<p>The present invention relates to generating hot water and steam and to heating fluids by means of physical interaction. The present invention more particularly relates to an apparatus for producing hot water or steam, with a moving element (2) having grooves (23) formed on its external surface (22), a hollow body (4) where said moving element (2) is positioned, and a stationary element (3), which envelopes said moving element, has a relative speed difference with said moving element (2),and a cavity (32) with and between said moving element (2). A cover (14) is connected to said stationary element (3), and a hot water outlet path (33) is formed at the centre of said cover (14), and a protrusion (21) is produced projecting towards the interior of the moving element (2) to avoid the mixing of hot water and cold water (20).</p> |
