<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute content distribution for a moving node whose existing position is changed from a distribution node with high quality. <P>SOLUTION: A cache server is arranged between a radio LAN and a cable network where a moving node may exist. The cache server is configured to distribute contents to the moving node while storing the contents from a distribution node in a buffer. The moving node, when it moves, transmits movement notification to a cache server connected to the radio LAN at the movement destination. The cache server which has received the movement notification is configured to re-transmit the contents to the moving node by acquiring the contents of the buffer from the cache server used by the moving node before moving.
