PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolytic solution in which an injection property of the electrolytic solution in a manufacturing process is high, which is superior in a high-temperature storage property, and of which the safety is high by improving electrolytic solution retaining force. SOLUTION: A separator is composed of at least three layers of a heat-resistant porous resin layer, a porous polyethylene layer, and a porous polypropylene layer, and by arranging so that a positive electrode be opposed to the porous polypropylene layer and a negative electrode be opposed to the heat-resistant porous resin layer, a void balance in an electrode group is improved.
