PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a reaction speed of electronic equipment remarkably in comparison with the conventional speed. SOLUTION: Control instructions to devices 6, 7, 8, 9 are recognized on the basis of a control processing list and a target device list. Upon completely arranging control instructions from control processing to the devices 6, 7, 8, 9, the relevant control instructions are simultaneously issued to a target device. Thus, the number of times of issuing the control instructions to the devices 6, 7, 8, 9 is reduced and a reaction speed of an electronic apparatus 1 can be remarkably accelerated.
