PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength and adhesion strength of a space keeping member keeping a space between a front panel and a back panel in vacuum. SOLUTION: A contact area of a spacer SP to a fixing member FGS is widened by forming a chamfered part SPF, of which a width at tip part is smaller than that at central part, at a corner part of the spacer SP, and a side face of the spacer SP including the chamfered part SPF is made to get into a fixing member FGS to widen an adhesion area with the fixing member FGS.
