PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that automatically discriminates a form image in an optimum language to a transmission destination and transmitting an original composed with the form image in the case that a transmission function mounted on a copying machine applies form composition to the original and transmits the resulting original to a plurality of destinations. SOLUTION: When the image forming apparatus including a transmission function to a network such as the copying machine transmits an original image to the network, the image forming apparatus can distribute one original image to a plurality of places at the same time. In the case of transmitting the original with form composition to a plurality of the destinations, a destination address is checked to discriminate the language of the destination, a proper form image is selected and the selected form image is composed with the original.
