PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the spatial resolution in a CT equipment, without causing difficult problem, such as positioning of the intermediate collimator and the post collimator in conventional units. SOLUTION: An integral type collimator 2 is disposed in the CT unit which is equipped with a radiation source 1t for irradiating an object to be tested M with radiation, a table 4 for setting the object to be tested thereon, and a radiation detecting device 7 for detecting the radiation passing through the object to be tested. The integral type collimator 2 is made up, such that a table-disposing space section 21 is formed at its intermediate location, and a plurality of front-side through holes 22 which are positioned on the radiation source side, and a plurality of rear-side through holes 23 which are positioned on the radiation detecting device side, are arranged facing each other and sandwiching the table-disposing space section.
