PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro parts feeder capable of stably and inexpensively supplying micro parts laminated into a single layer at the time of delivering the micro parts. SOLUTION: This micro parts feeder 100 has an inclined carriage portion 322 and a posture conversion portion 323. The micro part 800 is transferred along an inclined surface 322c of a micro parts inclination carriage passage 312 in the inclined posture, therefore it becomes possible to laminate the micro part 800 in the single layer by the posture conversion portion 323. A gliding surface 323d in which the micro part 800 can be glided in a different direction to the inclined surface 322c is provided in the posture conversion portion 323. A horizontal surface 323e is disposed at a lower edge of the gliding surface 323d, a laminated layer prevention portion 323a is provided facing the gliding surface 323d, and provided facing the gliding direction of the gliding surface 323d. A minimum relative distance h between the gliding surface 323d and the laminated layer prevention portion 323a is larger than the thickness H of the micro part 800 and lower than a thickness 2H.
